Depressing. And finally - the truth is landing.

18 months of unnecessary time, effort, emails, pouring through transcripts and manuals. Going cross-eyed trying to combat constantly moving goalposts and shifting logic with reasonable, respectful replies.

The worst was the anxiety that would hit my body, a sickness that took me and rippled out into my family.

Snapping at my kids. Spending late nights in front of the computer. Heart racing. A knot of dread in the pit of my stomach.

And dealing with the shame of realising I wasn’t able to just “man up and make it work” like the other success stories. Feeling the guilt that I couldn’t just absorb the loss.

Until it finally hit me - I was going about this all wrong.

I was dealing with a person who was simply comfortable with “taking”.

Somebody who had turned taking money from others into a game. Who had finessed a money-back guarantee that sounded unconditional - but on the other side of payment, came loaded with conditions like “attending 12am calls” and “posting every day.”

A good old-fashioned bait and switch.

I imagined her taking cash from friends’ wallets at high school parties. Or being descended from a long line of pick pocketers.

She was so wrapped up in maintaining she was right, she was happy to be caught out in lies and just deny it. She posted reels saying that we were just haters jealous of her success.

I realised she was protecting an identity more than she was protecting the money.

There was a finality to her refusal that just said to me “I don’t believe taking from you is wrong. I simply believe you are a casualty of what my success requires.”

With 4 kids, a looming operation, extended leave from my business it was a critcial time for me. Every chunk of time, energy and money that was allocated to my business needed a return on investment.

The most isolating part was feeling like the lesson I was being forced to face was

“If you want to be successful, you have to be ruthless and full of shit”

You must be willing to down-tread on other people with less resources than you. In fact, those are the bodies you will climb over as a necessary part of your ascension plan.

You must perform for money. Show a curated lifestyle of you always living the dream. Position yourself as the hero of every client. The saviour of all their problems.

You have to ignore what you say you want to live a good life, and be what money asks of you.

Wear that as a mask and never let it fall.

I refused to learn that lesson.

The young woman who took 52k between myself and my friends is finally having her CEO refund the money. Who knows what crisis of conscience they’ve had - or if they’ve finally realised that 1 star reviews cost them far more than just giving a refund.

They’ve stated only “a team restructure” and considering it was the founder I’m not sure how that works lol.

My share was $6,800 - the first installment of an $18k package.

$232.17 landed in my bank account today. As a refund on the international bank fee that was not disclosed.

Her claim to fame is that she became a millionaire at 23, I thought that meant she knew what she was talking about. It impressed me but for the wrong reasons.

What I really think happened is I believe she fell victim to the “make more money at any costs” and lost her ability to hold herself accountable along the way.

For some people, 18k can be chalked up to an expensive lesson.

Chasing it requires more self reflection, bracing and chasing than is financially viable.

For others - losing 18k means they’ve just lost their life savings.

Now they’re couch surfing, Airb-n-b-ing their own apartment out just to try to recoup some of the loss. Applying for assistance, such is the cost of the erosion of your self-trust.

That’s the bitter truth here. Some can’t afford to chase it down. Others simply can’t afford not to.

The money that arrived today showed me how much this time in the battlefield - against the bank, the ombudsman and the entrepreneur has shaped me.

What I discovered is left now is a deep, deep humility. A reverence for every dollar that graces my bank account that wasn’t there before.

That $232.17 went to breakfast this morning, sitting in front of the mountains, eating a nourishing meal with my thoughts.

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" target="_blank" Some beef for the slow cooker to fill our kitchen with delicious aromas. And juicy marrow bones for my dogs to gnaw on.

Every dollar has a place now where it didn’t before.

It shows me how flippant I used to be.

When you’re good at selling, you think more sales is always the answer. But what happens when that ability is compromised?

I could never understand why if she was making $300k profit in a matter of days as she said she was - why she would not just refund me $6,800? It’s when people lose touch with what living abundantly really means.

What I realised is that I too had been falling victim to that weird insensitivity to money.

If somebody bought a 30k package off me and said yes too easily I thought shit I should have tried to get 40k.

Maybe only charging 30 makes me seem like an amateur.

Maybe the sale will fall through because I didn’t “own my worth” and charge 50k.

In that instance it did fall through by the way. That person spent a lot more money with somebody else who was less qualified to help them. In hindsight I realised, as I was questioning my value, it was easy for them to do the same. They bought more systems and strategies that fixed a leak, instead of creating a identity shift that would have crafted them an entire new boat.

In my tentativeness I lacked the leadership to advocate for what they really needed, and essentially I let them down. They went and bought the wrong thing, because of my lack of clarity and conviction.

But I can’t be disappointed.

I was able to treat the disease that convinces people that enough is never enough, that the goal is always another zero, another launch, another record month.

The more I raised my prices, the more I was able to shift my positioning to those who could get a faster and bigger return on their investment 5x, 10x, 20x and beyond. But it was kinda like swimming out into the ocean.

What felt deep after leaving the shallows is nothing once you hit open water. The numbers that used to make your heart race become casual. What once seemed expensive starts to feel like puddles. And somewhere in that recalibration, you can lose your felt sense of what money actually means to a real person in a real life.

This experience forced me to sit with my own relationship to money.

Because getting good at making money can make you worse at valuing it.

And none of us are immune.

Because wealth and money are not the same thing.

I’ve met people with very little money who were deeply wealthy, and people with a lot of money who seemed trapped by it.

What I’ve come to understand is that wealth is having enough trust in life that you are never so lacking that you have to extract it from somebody else.

It’s about being of service to the whole instead of individual gain. And being a custodian of the currency exchange that flows through you.

You don’t need to martyr yourself for money, or be a tyrant who hoards it all. You are also meant to be a beneficiary of that money. You role is to receive with gratitude and give with integrity.

To value yourself and your skill sets enough that you put yourself in the places that can value you - and walk away from the ones that don’t.

To steward money as a precious resource - just in the way that oxygen is all around us, but also every tiny breath is so precious.

This experience has given me an incredible trust in reciprocity.

One that was forged in the barren wasteland of when I had nothing to grab onto.

When my own self trust was eroded. When I believed I couldn’t be trusted to make a decision. When good people I thought I could trust let me down. When I gaslit myself until I finally woke up.

That’s where this trust came from. Not from the good seasons. From that one.

Now that trust shows up as money that comes in when I am most myself.

Where I don’t sacrifice myself for it, at the altar of a someday far off success when it might pay off.

It comes in waves - sometimes big heaving dumps of cash in my bank

And other times it’s like a tide that’s retreated where we are making creative solutions from what we can find.

They say necessity is the mother of all invention. Triplet motherhood is that on steroids

It’s taught me not to be fearful of the times where money is tight

Because I can be resourceful in times of short supply - and that is a gift too.

Subscriptions that get cancelled. Insurance policies renegotiated. Skill sets that get diversified. New networks and alliances expanded into. Priorities that shift into something that’s more important and pressing

I now know that even in that sparseness , there’s something growing in the void that can burst through

So that’s something I’m genuinely grateful to that girl for.

Reflecting the mirror back to me and where I’m out of integrity with myself in the way I receive, exchange and accumulate money.

It was ancestral money I invested in her too btw.

Thats why this has landed so much harder.

But I know people out there are going through seasons that are hard, seasons that are plentiful - but for some reason we only feel comfortable in asking for help in the seasons where we think we can “afford” to be vulnerable.

The same thing that’s keeping you stuck and not asking for help is the same thing that’s keeping the pipeline stuck in your business.

There are come-to-Jesus moments that show you where you’re out of relationship with yourself and money. You don’t have to wait for a crisis before you give yourself permission to make a move on it.

Maybe it comes in the sickening gut punch of a tax bill you hadn’t accounted for.

Or a bone-deep exhaustion when you collapse on the couch in the evenings.

Or the late night financial acrobatics while you hold it all together with duct tape.

There comes a point where being strong starts costing you more than asking for help ever would.

The strongest people I know are often the worst at asking for help.

The ones everyone leans on, the ones who have always had to figure it out themselves - are often the ones swirling the longest. Not because they can’t find the answer. Because asking for help feels foreign when you’ve never had anyone to ask.

There is a reciprocity that happens outside of just being paid in money. I trust fully and believe fully that when you give generously where it’s needed the most, somewhere the abundance flows in from another place.

So if you’ll allow me the grace to give to you, when you’re so used to being the one giving -

DM me (or email info@biancaa) the word CAPACITY and I’ll give you a complimentary reading.

I’ll ask you 6 questions, show you exactly where you’re leaking capacity and give you a fast course correction. And you’ll leave with a deep body knowing of what your next power move really is.

I usually charge $97, but let me gift it to you. As an return on all the good you put out into the world.

If you’re swirling.

If you’re trying to solve the same problem over and over.

If you’re holding everything together with duct tape and determination.

Let me have a look.

Sometimes the thing you’re trying to force isn’t actually the thing that’s broken

The real wealth economy is giving what we have to each other when we have it in abundance. When we can give from overflow, we can give each other resources that are outside of just exhanging money.

That’s what real sovereignty looks like.

I Met Jesus in a Tipi

And other reasons I'm done contorting to The Bible of Marketing & Sales they gave us.

Bianca Aiono

I met Jesus and was filled with the light of the Holy Spirit.

Before you say oh no, not you too Bianca.

No. I’m not part of the wave of New Age spiritual practitioners who denounce their previous professions and say yoga is demonic.

It was in a plant medicine ceremony. The calibre of client was there. And something was deeply off.

What I found, working at that level, is that a certain kind of egomanic entrepreneur - the ones who’ve acquired everything material wealth can buy - eventually turn their acquisition impulse toward people.

They don’t want to hire you.

They want to own you.

Colonise your attention.

Have you available in a way that has nothing to do with the scope of the work and everything to do with their need to feel like the most important thing in the room.

It’s subtle at first.

The extra message outside hours.

The expectation that you’ll reorganise around their timeline.

The slow inflation of what “support” means until you’re not really a consultant anymore - you’re just a very expensive person they’ve annexed.

And because the money is significant, there’s a pull to accommodate.

To tell yourself this is just what high level service looks like.

That you should be available at this price point.

That the discomfort is your own pattern to work through.

Sometimes it is.

But sometimes it’s just an egomanic with a big budget and a colonising impulse dressed as a high standards client.

What that experience taught me is that my best client isn’t defined by their net worth or their level of ambition.

It’s defined by the quality of relationship they’re capable of.

Whether they can be in right relationship - with me, with money, with the people they serve.

The ones who can are genuinely a pleasure to work with at any level.

They receive the work.

They integrate it.

They don’t need to own the person delivering it.

There’s a mutuality to it.

A respect for what’s being exchanged that doesn’t collapse into transaction or control.

The ones who can’t - regardless of what they’re paying - will always cost more than the invoice.

I don’t work for people anymore.

I work with them.

And that distinction, I’ve learned, shows up in the very first conversation if you know what you’re looking for.

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" target="_blank" The potential, the plan, the version of this thing that could actually exist. "But something between the vision and the doing - between the inspiration and the actual manifestation of it - keeps slipping just out of reach.

The friction lives in the gap between the inspiration and the standard you attached to it.

Picture this: I have a Hot Seat Q&A opportunity to ask a mentor a question. I am grasping to say something, anything.

So I say - “I feel there’s a greater reality I want to showcase to the world. But I find myself stuck in this playing small version. But I also don’t want to be caught up in the frenetic “always on” marketing that turns all my life moments into content. Is there a marketing cadence you reccomend?”

She said “It’s so easy to get caught up in all of the rules. What do you really want to do?”

And then I realised the answer had nothing to do with business.

I said “I mean, right now, I’d probably just go and lie on the grass outside, and look at some daisies, and watch the clouds go by and then go for a bike ride.”

She then said a bunch of wise and practical stuff - “When it’s easy and it’s aligned, you’re more likely to do it more often and more regularly” classically simple and universally true - but in that moment what I really just realised was that she gave me permission to do it my way.

And it’s hard for high performers to get that permission, High performers struggle to receive it. Most of the time we think the other person is just bullshitting us - like that’s advice that other people are allowed to listen to … not us! (even when we literally teach it ourselves!)

This is why my husband is always like “I already told you that!”

It reminds me of that quote - We teach what we most need to learn.

But that’s also why it matters who the permission comes from. When you find somebody you respect, who you’d actually listen to because of their embodied experience - it actually lands. It doesn’t bounce off like a flippant line from somebody we think is too close to really see it, or that we just don’t really believe has the runs on the board.

And in that moment all my inspiration came flooding back. The timing, the pacing, the vision, the clarity.

That’s the thing about desire. Before the idea was ever a concept in your mind - before you had a plan or a launch date or a vision board - it was just a desire. Something that wanted to exist. Something that wanted to come through you.

Then your brain got involved. Decided it had to look a certain way. Feel a certain way. Hit certain numbers by a certain date to count as real.

And somewhere in all of that, conditioning crept in. It has to be this way. Or that way. Or perfect enough to actually be worth doing.

And the rules killed the joy that started the whole thing.

That’s the friction. Not laziness. Not lack of discipline.

The thing that’s stopping you is the distance between what the desire actually is and what you’ve decided it has to be.

Surrender isn’t about giving up. But that’s what the ego tries to convince you it is - right before surrender becomes available. It’s the warning shot to keep you forcing and grinding.

It’s the ego wrestle within that tells you you’re only ALLOWED to have that goal in that form. Or not at all.

The desire was real.

But the deadline you attached to it, the specific way it had to land, the version of yourself that had to deliver it - that's where the suffering was living.

Surrender is just... going for the bike ride. Feeling the wind. Remembering you’re a person, not a productivity machine.

Letting the thing breathe for a minute without you managing it to death.

And then what usually happens? The desire comes back. It was never actually gone.

But it comes back recalibrated.

The goal wasn’t wrong. The split is.

When the split resolves, something shifts in how you move. You act from a state of “knowing and going” because you're not arguing with yourself about direction anymore. The people around you feel that. Opportunities that used to feel complicated start feeling obvious.

What I find when I work with someone in this spot is there's usually one specific encoded pattern running the whole show.

Something that got wired in early, made perfect sense at the time, and has been quietly filtering every decision since. It's not mindset. You can't think your way out of it.

What I do is locate the exact pattern using muscle testing and somatic reading, name it out loud so you can actually see it, and then we dissolve the charge at the root.

Not manage it. Not reframe it. Remove the interference so the part of you that already knows what it wants can just go.

This is the real work inside my 1 to 1 mentorship Amplify

When you're full to the brim with strategy (in fact, you're a strategic genius)

You're more capable than most, and your work ethic second to none.

You don't need to push harder, or think more smartly - you need to remove the internal contradiction that’s been quietly slowing everything down so you can stop fighting yourself while you try to build.

That's when it gets to be easy, and the leader you always knew you could be rises to the top.

If you feel that “not like that” tension, reply and tell me what you refuse to do for success.

I have 2 mini Alignment Readings left this week. It’s 20 minutes on Zoom, just you and me.

We find the specific pattern creating the split - the one that’s been making your own instincts feel like the problem. Most people walk away going “oh, that’s what that was” and feeling like they can breathe properly for the first time in a while. Much much further along than you give yourself credit for.

But you keep measuring yourself against people playing a different game.

You look at someone half as smart, half as skilled, making 10x more and you think: “if these nincompoops can do it, surely I can do it my way.”

You can.

But that “surely I can” often comes from the wrong place.

It’s not conviction.

It’s scorn dressed up as inspiration.

The first problem is - you’re not comparing yourself to you.

The version of you from 12 months ago would be stoked with where you are today.

But you’ve deleted that evidence, because it doesn’t hit as hard as the highlight reel of someone you wouldn’t actually invite over for dinner.

And if you’re comparing yourself to the bro-marketer dudes, you’re also deleting the cost they’re paying to get those numbers.

The exaggeration. The shortcuts. The nervous system tax.

The values they traded and now pretend they didn’t.

So their success looks clean.

And yours looks “behind”.

It isn’t.

You’re just building a different kind of success.

One that doesn’t require you to violate yourself to feel ahead.

It’s like watching someone sprint up a mountain trail while ignoring the signs that say “stay on the path, don’t wreck the vegetation.”

Sure, they’re faster.

But are you willing to become the kind of person who does that?

No. You’re not.

And that’s not your problem.

Your problem is what happens next.

Because when you can’t use their playbook, and your version feels slower, you start to question the whole thing.

Not just the strategy.

The path.

And that’s when the real pattern kicks in.

You do what you do in the grocery store.

You look at the other lines. They all look faster.

So you grab your stuff, switch lanes, and start the wait again.

New offer. New angle. New mentor.

Same store. Same you. New self-betrayal.

Every time you jump lines, you lose your place.

Not because the new line was wrong.

But because the decision to move came from the same distorted vantage point that told you everyone else was getting through faster.

They weren’t.

You just couldn’t see your own momentum from where you were standing.

The line was never cheating you.

Your perspective was.

You don’t need a new strategy every time it gets uncomfortable.

You need someone who can help you tell the difference between a hiccup, a bump, a mountain, and a tsunami.

So a hiccup doesn’t trigger a “fuck this, let’s burn it down and start something new” response.

You can have the version of success that includes the abundance, the wealth, the presence, the impact.

You desire it because it’s actually possible.

But you have to build it your way.

And you have to stay in your lane long enough to let it work.

Who’s strong enough to hold you while you do?

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" privilege of thinking.

They can think and do it THEIR way .. once they’ve fully implemented OUR way and then they can make it their own”

And for a while, that trade-off makes sense.

Until it doesn’t.

(Until you realise that same mentor has got where they’ve got to by plagiarising and ripping people off...)

Then you gotta ask yourself.

WHO even was that person asking you to ignore your intuition?

What was their agenda to get you to stop thinking?

And how much of your personal agency did you give to somebody who was a total fucking fraud ???

And this is also the greatest risk of the AI revolution.

Getting so submerged in other people’s worldviews that you’re drowning in them before you even realise you were drifting too far from shore.

The question I keep coming back to: what happens when the advice you were given stops creating gains worth the pain?

What happens when you stop believing your vision will be closer once you have MORE MONEY.

What happens when the parts of yourself you were giving up for the promise of it... are no longer something you’re willing to trade?

What happens when the real goal is just a version of success that allows YOU to be MORE YOU

And more profits you can actually enjoy is just a by product amongst a list of many ...

Because for most of my clients it was never really about the money. They weren’t struggling for it. And the impact they could make was always the real driver.

But they’d spent years using money as the thing that decided whether they got to feel good about themselves or not.

That’s the actual problem. Not the revenue. The scorecard.

I don’t think it’s a choice between being yourself and making more of an impact (by having more money) ....

It’s when you finally stop believing those two things need to be in conflict.

And that shift doesn’t come from another playbook. It doesn’t come from implementing someone else’s framework harder or finding the next mentor who knows better than you do.

It comes from stopping borrowing someone else’s authority and starting to lead from your own.

That’s what Amplify is.

Six months. One on one. For the person who’s done the work inside other people’s containers and is ready to build from their own foundation now. Not another framework to follow.

Not another voice in your head telling you what to do.

Just the space to reclaim your own agency, your own leadership, your own signal - after years of handing it to someone else’s playbook.

You already know what you’re here to do.

Amplify is where you stop second-guessing that and start trusting it loud enough for everyone else to hear it too.

DM me “AMPLIFY” and I’ll send you the details.

Authenticity: The Last True Currency in the AI Era

The industrial revolution convinced us our value is in what we produce. People paid ME for THEM to do burpees.

Think about that for a second. Who would somebody have to be before you would do burpees for them? And pay them for the privilege?

Not just anyone right?

I used to watch, genuinely fascinated, at how different PT’s commanded completely different clients.

The hard-ass MMA fighter got the ruthless high performers who wanted a sadist to whip them into shape.

Sweet, petite Emily had grannies lined up to do core and boxing with her - smiling the whole time.

My plaque on the wall said success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out. I got the ones who wanted someone who could break them down AND hold them to the next version of themselves.

I wouldn't do burpees for Emily. But someone else wouldn't do them for anyone but her.

Nobody taught us to do that. It wasn’t a marketing strategy. It was just - who we each were. And the people who needed exactly that found their way there.

My husband’s CrossFit coach Mick said to him before a six week challenge: I’m only taking you on if you commit to me 100%. If you commit to me, I’ll commit to you.

That was the only check-in he needed for six weeks that got him to the fittest he’d been in his life.

Not a program. Not a system. Not accountability tracking or progress metrics.

Just - who Mick is as an athlete and a human being, landing in a single sentence, and my husband’s nervous system knowing immediately that this was someone worth following into hard things.

That’s a transmission. And you cannot manufacture it. You cannot prompt it into existence. You cannot automate it or optimise it or scale it through a funnel.

It was the industrial revolution that convinced us our value is in what we produce.

Output. Deliverables. Systems.

We’ve spent 200 years building identity around doing.

In a world today where the limit on production is truly now uncapped - it is the final proof that what you produce was never what made you valuable.

My value was never in the burpees. It was in who I had to be for them to feel something and then act on it.

Your value was never in the deliverable either. It was in the fact that you said it and something in them moved.

So here's what I know about mine.

I pushed the masculine so hard I became top 1% of the fittest and strongest women in Australia.

Competed internationally across six sports.

My entire identity was built on what I could force my body to do.

Then my body said no.

Couldn’t force a pregnancy. Two years of trying. Ovulation inductions. A miscarriage.

Everything I'd built my self-concept on - discipline, willpower, the ability to achieve anything I set my mind to - hit a wall it couldn't move.

And with that came the greatest lesson in surrender in my entire life.

I made complete peace with being Favourite Aunty Bianca. I had total acceptance and completely relaxed. And then fell pregnant the very next month.

Then I overshot. Oops.

Four kids in three years. Including triplets - naturally birthed. 15lbs. At 34 weeks.

And in the middle of that chaos, with ten hours a week and no choice but to operate from pure alignment, I built a six-figure business.

It wasn’t despite the constraints. It was because of what the constraints forced me to become.

Underneath all of that is something older.

I’m descended from a long line of Polynesian chiefs and high-ranking blood lines.

I have have the tenacity from early European settlers to Australia coursing through my veins. And there is definitely pagan witches from the Scottish and Irish isles in my ancestry too.

A lineage holding natural law and right relationship with the world for generations before coaching had a name.

There are universal truths that send knowledge through my work that our logic brain cannot explain away.

But lands as truth in our cells.

But here’s the part most people miss.

Everyone has a transmission. A natural state of being that moves people who are in urgent need to be moved. To be evoked and inspired.

This is an essence that is invaluable to the right person.

But most people can’t weild theirs without confusing it with layers of complexity and chaos.

It’s theres - just buried under years of conditioning and second -guessing.

Suffocated under doubt and hesitation and intellectual justification loops that sound smart but produce nothing real.

Muddied from a lifetime of proving value through output.

So even when they hear “be yourself” they try to productise that too.

Turn their story into a framework.

Package their lived experience into something scalable.

And that's exactly where the authenticity crisis hits.

AI made production infinite. Which means nobody knows what's real anymore.

The world is drowning in content, in frameworks, in perfectly optimised everything.

And the more someone tries to produce their way to trust, the more they look like everything else.

The answer was never to produce more.

It was to strip back everything between you and the thing that’s already there.

The unadulterated, embodied, creative authority that is yours and only yours.

Not built. Not learned. Not strategised into existence.

Uncovered.

Because you have to know what you’re amplifying.

Amplify your incongruence and you just get louder noise.

Amplify your coherence and you become undeniable.

If you’re a high performing entrepreneur who has done everything right and something still isn’t landing .

The revenue. The energy. The alignment between what you're building and who you actually are.

That gap isn’t a strategy problem.

It’s a coherence problem.

Coherence is when who you are, what you've lived, and what you teach are all the same thing. When there’s no gap, not mask and no performance.

It’s why Mick could say one sentence and my husband’s nervous system trusted him before his brain caught up.

Incoherence is the opposite. You're saying the right things but something's off. The strategy sounds right but the transmission is empty. People can feel that. You might not be able to name it, but your body knows.

The real you is underneath everything you’ve stacked on top of it.

And no amount of producing will close that gap.

Only stripping away will.

Amplify is a you for you.

Six months, one on one. Someone who does for you what you do for everyone else - holds the read, finds the gap between who you are and what’s coming through, and clears the static until the transmission is clean.

Regular and consistent energetic realignment to your vision so we collapse the time and effort it takes to create your results without sacrificing your values.

Excavating what’s already real.

So what comes through is clean.

Coherent.

And impossible to replicate.

DM me “AMPLIFY” and I’ll send you the details.

I once spent an entire Barre pilates class ugly crying.

A Samoan Quadzilla trying to be a graceful ballerina whilst also being an exhausted mother sobbing. here’s what it also did.

Every time you felt that gnawing sense of uneasiness, and then you just said FUCK IT i’m doing it anyway …

you trained your nervous system that friction is what success feels like.

Even though sometimes you were rewarded … sometimes you were punished… and the uncertainty was the only real thing that remained the same.

That’s when you made it mean, that the cost of winning is discomfort.

That you have to white-knuckle your way through the scary thing and then - maybe - you get the reward on the other side.

But either way, what got baked into your version of success was a baseline level of unease that your body now mistakes for necessary.

So when success arrives - the kind you worked for - there’s a part of you that doesn’t quite trust it.

That rushes to fill the space. Spends the money before it lands. Recreates complexity. Adds chaos back in, just so it feels like the familiar friction again. Just so it feels like something you recognise.

People can go their entire lives never fully arriving in what they’ve built. Always reaching for the next thing. Never quite letting themselves feel what it actually feels like to be here.

And then they die.

Don’t let that happen to you.

At higher altitudes of success, force stops working. And success will expand when nothing inside of you is afraid of it.

The real skills that will help your authenticity survive the AI age of assimilation...

Is the same one that will actually let you relax and receive everything your hard work has created …

Knowing how to recognise when there is force in your body. And how to dissolve it.

That breath that catches in your throat right before you hit send on a proposal. The way your chest tightens before a high-stakes conversation. And she’s been doing this for a long time.

Now is that time. The good stuff. The permission. The enough.

On the other side of this level of emotional attunement is a richness that strategy can’t manufacture. A kaleidoscope of colourful feelings and possibility. True Wealth.

If you can feel there’s a gap between the way you’re showing up and what you actually know is possible that's not a mindset problem, and it’s not a strategy problem.

It's a force pattern that got baked into your nervous system back when you needed it, and it's still running now even though you don't.

There’s a baseline status of unease that your body thinks is necessary - and is acting as a threshold that must be met before you can enjoy your version of success.

Using precision nervous system clearing and energetic alignment, we can actually rewire your relationship to success and reset that threshold. You’re being afraid.

Afraid of what it actually means to be disliked.

Your capacity to be disliked is directly proportional to your ability to lead.

There’s a spectrum of likeable. Growing up, Barbie was the pinnacle.

White, blonde, slim, smiling.

The closer you matched that image, the more the system rewarded you for it. Doors opened. People were warm. And performing for other people’s approval actually worked, so you kept doing it.

Nobody told you the cost of that.

If you were further from that image - too brown, too loud, too fat, too much, too other - performing never really got you the same kind or rewards.

The approval wasn’t coming regardless of how palatable you made yourself.

And that, weirdly, was the gift.

If they don’t like you and don’t know you - who else is there left for you to be?

Just yourself.

I’m not saying I’m not beautiful.

When I walked past the Tongan bench at school it was like 20 sets of eyes watching a single steak sizzle on a barbeque.

But when the shelter boys threw fruit at me and my friends - I was the one who picked it up and pegged it straight back

When they graffited “Bianca Big Balls” on the wall - I wrote a poem about The Never Get Laid Brigade.

Did it sting? Fuck yeah.

I thought I was some huge kind of masculine man beast until 24 when a kind highschool friend gave me some perspective.

Up until then I didn’t realise how my strength emasculated small minded men.

OR actually, how attractive it even was - and how teasing me about my body was the only way to get my attention.

But I think I got those Disagreeable Woman reps at 15 instead of 45

So by now, the muscle is already built

I don’t need everyone to be okay for me to move.

I’m okay with people not responding to me the way they respond to others.

I’m alright with leading when nobody asked me to.

I’m okay sitting with your disapproval.

I’m okay with being loud.

That’s what gives me power.

And that makes me unfuckwithable

That’s what I want for you.

For my friends who were closer to the Barbie end of things and just... never had to build that muscle.

The reps you didn’t get - of being excluded, teased, seen as “other” for no good reason - those reps build something.

It’s the ability to be disliked and know it’s actually not about you.

And it’s also for those of you who weren’t the conventional ideal - too fat, too thin, too loud, too much hair, too whatever - but still wanted so badly to fit that you kept yourself small trying.

You got the exclusion without the defiance.

You got the sting without the “screw it.”

The Agreeable Woman rewrites the text four times so it sounds nicer.

She sits on her boundary for three days because she hasn’t found the palatable version yet.

She carries other people’s responsibilities like they’re hers because god forbid someone thinks she doesn’t care.

She permits things she should shut down.

She swallows things she should spit out.

She smiles through things that deserve her fire.

Unapologetic doesn’t mean you stop saying sorry when you actually mean it.

It means you say what you actually mean and let it land without padding it with fluff.

It means you take up the space you’re actually meant to take without quietly turning your volume down so other people feel more comfortable.

It’s a muscle.

And some of us just got to the gym earlier than others.

Your Barbie era is ending sister.

The world doesn’t actually reward you for being nice.

And the women who are meant to lead movements, build businesses, and change rooms - they can't afford to still be negotiating with disapproval.

You know that scene of Erin Brockovitch giving them back the water from Hinkley - you get to be her.
